Contact & Expander Wheels for Metal Finishing

Available expander wheels feature an aluminum core and threaded bores fit to shaft size. Slotted expander wheels use standard coated abrasive sleeves held securely in place during operation by the force of the wheels’ rotation. Added flexibility allows wheels to cut faster without gouging. Slotted expander wheels are used for stock removal, ID tube polishing and general sanding needs. We supply Contact Rubber wheels ranging from 2 to 6 inches in diameter and a variety of shank sizes. Coated alumina-zirconia and non-woven nylon abrasive bands are available for heavy stock removal and finishing on all metals.
