Standard Centerless Polisher - 3" x 132" belt

The Standard Centerless Polisher is used for pipe polishing and finishing on pipes up to 25 feet long with outer diameters between one-quarter inch and twelve inches, and weights up to 300 pounds. 2 sets of rollers support the pipe beneath both sides of the vertical center.

The rotational drive is controlled by a 1/2 horsepower regulator motor wheel. The grinding head sits atop the pipe, applying pressure downward as the pipe spins beneath it. Variable feed speeds are attained by adjusting the support rollers. The centerless polisher utilizes 5 horse power main motor to rotate a standard 3 inch by 132 inch abrasive belt. By adjusting the feed speed and the cutting pressure of the centerless polisher, you can create a number of different polishing effects.
